With the Klarstein Me & Yo yoghurt maker, you can now produce tasty, healthy and, above all, self-made yogurt.
Take advantage of all the positive properties of yogurt, with its high-quality protein, high calcium content, and lactic acid bacteria. Say goodbye to mass-produced and often sugar-saturated dairy products with questionable fruit content and prepare you and your family for fully flavoured, mild natural yogurt, or if you rather, with natural fruit flavouring. The yogurt maker is also perfect for the production of soy yoghurt and quark.
All you need is UHT milk and lactic acid bacteria. The milk must be pre-heated, depending on the bacterial culture, to the necessary temperature of between 40? and 90?C. Subsequently, the milk is filled into the inner container and added to the lactic acid, or traditional probiotic-bacterial cultures.
Then, the inner container is placed into the Me&Yo outer container and stowed in a room in a warm place. The bacteria immediately begins to culture with the fermentation process. No power source is required, so no further action is required.
After about 10-12 hours the yogurt is ready and can be eaten immediately, or mixed before eating with fresh fruit and other ingredients. Since the cleaning effort is always a crucial element for continuous use, the Klarstein Me&Yo is suitable for cleaning in dishwashers.
The orange chassis of the Klarstein Me&Yo yogurt maker makes it a striking addition to a wide variety of kitchen and living environments. It also takes up very little storage s
