    All you need to know about yogurt Arto Der Haroutunian has a backstory that makes anything he wrote worth reading…That aside his recipes are simple and easy to follow (even if you don’t live in London with that brilliant little Levantine provender round the corner).my only criticism is that some may not buy based upon the title……..It is far more than a book about Yogurt….Just made the boned leg of Lamb with a dry spice then Yogurt and Almond marinade…….I have never…
