    Arto der Haroutunian: The Yogurt Cookbook I’ve been using this book ever since I first bought it perhaps 30 years ago, and it’s superb (which is now I’ve now bought this copy for my godson, who works as a chef). I think it’s one of the best cookery books ever written. For a start, most of the required ingredients are relatively cheap and very easily obtained, and every recipe in here is extremely easy to master if you follow the very simple directions correctly.
