    Delicious yoghurt with that old fashioned tangy slightly acidic flavour. I am new to yoghurt making, I started by buying live yoghurt from the supermarket and then putting a dollop into milk and although that worked it did not produce such a delicious result as this does.When I received this I put half the sachet into a very large jar with some milk gave it a shake (I never follow instructions exactly), kept the jar at 44C for around five hours and then the whole lot had turned to yoghurt which I am keeping in the fridge.Now I just take about…

A super culture, composed of lactobacillus bulgaricus and streptococcus thermophiles which is supposed to produce a superior yoghurt to the standard shop-stock type.
